We were out of town but Tim‘s amazing social skills with our renters, and we made the process so easy and enjoyable for us. He and his extraordinary team took care of pretty much everything. If we had gone with another real estate agent we would not have sold our house within the first few days of our first (and only) open house. We also would not have sold it for nearly as much as Tim was able to sell it for. Tim McGuire truly is the best. We could not have had a better experience with selling our house than with Tim. We spoke to three of his references before working with him and they all said he was extraordinary. We had exactly the same experience as them. We cannot thank Tim enough! When it came time to get a larger home we couldn't think of anyone better to help us. Having bought and sold 8 homes in my lifetime I fully know what a pain selling a house can be. Tim was far and away from the least painless, most organized, and honest/practical person I've worked with buying and selling homes.
