Tim is great!!! He helped us purchase our new house and sell the old one. His experience, knowledge, and suggestions gave us great help during these two transactions. Tim and his team (Cesar) did an excellent job selling our house. It was sold after just one open with the price above what we asked. Tim always puts the customer’s interest first.
