We had moved from the East Coast at the end of last year and were going to open-houses in Pleasanton trying to purchase a small ranch house to live in. At one of these open houses, we met Lori, who was friendly and helpful. She guided us through the whole process, always staying positive, cheerful, and considerate. We can always count on a prompt response from her when we have questions and count on her help when we have problems. We do recommend her if anyone needs a real estate agent in the area.
