Tim and his team were amazing every step of the way to sell our house which was a rental for many years. You can imagine the work that went into getting the property on the market. Tim and his team had everything I needed to transform this rental into a beautiful home. The timeline was on plan and the cost was very reasonable for all the updates and repairs. Tim and his team were always there and willing to help. From start to finish I couldn’t of ask for anything better, I just wish I had more houses for Tim to sell. Shout out to Lori who was truly a gift with this whole experience.
