Tim and his team made the entire selling experience a pleasure. His professionalism is what stands out the most, returning calls/texts when he said he would, having his team members, led by Karen, faxing or e-mailing documents on time and when expected. His vast network of potential buyers and sellers keeps his team’s finger on the pulse of the real estate market in Pleasanton. In fact, due to his network, our home did not even go on the market. After we negotiated a selling price with Tim and his team, he asked if he could show the home to potential buyers. They ultimately bought the home at a price higher than the asking price.
